Simple adjustment of the disk allows you to calculate your own BMI factor immediately on the Body Mass Index Calculator. This shows the measurement of your body weight in relation to your height. In addition you can read off the medical assessment of your BMI from underweight through normal weight to overweight. Set your height (cm) on the inner disk against your weight (kg) on the outer disk and read off your BMI at the arrow. These values are shown in pounds and inches on the reverse of the disk.
